Cruise Account Executive

Marine | Cruise and Energy Transition
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)

Schedule: Some Nights & Weekend Coverage Required

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Cruise Account Executive to support our global Cruise and Energy Transition team. This role sits at the center of commercial activity, partnering closely with Sales, Trading, Operations and Finance to ensure seamless delivery and strong performance across a portfolio of cruise customers.

What You Will Do

Commercial Support and Coordination

  • Partner with Sales and Trading teams to support day-to-day management of global cruise accounts
  • Act as a key liaison across Operations, Finance, Marine Technical and Claims teams
  • Help ensure contracts are executed accurately and customer commitments are met
  • Identify risks and support solutions across commercial and operational activities

Analytics and Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking volume, demand, performance and margins
  • Analyze trends to identify opportunities, gaps and inefficiencies
  • Support leadership with insights for planning, forecasting and account strategy

Bids, Tenders and Contracts

  • Track and maintain all RFPs, bids and tenders from submission through award
  • Organize and manage contract data including pricing structures and key terms
  • Support bid preparation with data analysis and pricing validation
  • Capture insights from wins and losses to improve future strategy

Pricing and Financial Accuracy

  • Validate invoices against contract terms, pricing and delivered volumes
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues with internal partners

Claims and Risk Support

  • Track and coordinate customer claims from intake through resolution
  • Maintain visibility into claim status and financial exposure
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements

Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Prepare and validate data for customer QBRs
  • Support development of clear, insight driven presentations
  • Help shape messaging for senior level customer discussions

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through standardization and automation
  • Support development of scalable processes and tools
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across systems and workflows
What You Bring

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally

Preferred

  • Experience in marine, cruise, logistics or commercial support
  • Exposure to contracts, invoicing, tenders or claims processes
  • Experience with reporting, KPIs or performance analytics
  • Interest in energy, marine fuels or global trade
