We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Cross-Functional Liaison & Knowledge Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between multiple teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and knowledge flow across the organization. You will be responsible for capturing, organizing, and disseminating key information to drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between departments, teams, and stakeholders to facilitate alignment and collaboration

  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and initiatives, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on action items

  • Identify and resolve communication gaps or process inefficiencies across teams

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Support change management efforts by ensuring all relevant parties are informed and engaged

  • Knowledge Management

  • Design, implement, and maintain a centralized knowledge management system to capture and share organizational insights

  • Develop and curate documentation, SOPs, best practices, and process guides

  • Ensure knowledge assets are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with organizational needs

  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning across teams

  • Analyze knowledge gaps and recommend solutions to address them

  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report on cross-functional project progress, risks, and outcomes

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership

  • Monitor the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Communications, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a liaison, coordination, or knowledge management role

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Confluence)

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

The salary range for this position is:

$122.250,00 - $176.583,33

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
