Cross-Domain Engineer (Junior)
Location: Jakarta (onsite) | Reports to: Security Engineering Manager
Role Summary
Provides hands-on operational support across domains under the guidance of the Senior Cross-Domain Engineer, executing day-to-day tasks across the security stack and building broad exposure to every domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute configuration, testing and operational tasks across domains as directed
- Support ticket handling and first-pass troubleshooting across cybersecurity tools
- Assist with documentation, evidence collection and reporting
- Escalate complex issues to the Senior Cross-Domain Engineer or Domain Engineers
- Build cross-domain skills through rotation across the security stack
Requirements
- 1-3 years of security or IT experience, with willingness to learn across domains
- Basic understanding of cloud environments
- Detail-oriented and reliable in executing assigned tasks
- Good communication and documentation habits
- Cloud fundamentals certification a plus
- Jakarta-based; onsite
