Job Description:
As a medior CRO specialist, you will assist our clients from start to finish in running their CRO programs. You will determine the right direction for data research, set up (neuro) usability tests, and prioritize hypotheses based on these insights. Together with your client, colleagues, and our front-end developers, you will then set up experiments. This way, you improve the online experience on our clients' websites and apps every day!
You will also inspire your clients with your experience, new insights, and market trends. Besides helping your clients, you will also make your colleagues better CRO specialists. Together, you work on innovative solutions for clients and our team.
You will do all this for amazing clients such as KLM, Transavia, Greenchoice, AkzoNobel, and Talpa.
Data & Tech at dentsu
You will work in a team of ambitious colleagues with diverse expertise, from technical web analysts, data scientists, front- and back-end developers, psychologists, and UX designers. This means you always have a specialist at hand to tackle that new innovative idea. Additionally, it provides the space to broaden your own knowledge.
What do you bring?
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- Experience running data-driven CRO programs
- Extensive hands-on experience with experiments (A/B, MVT, personalization)
- Analytical skills; you tackle problems based on data and insights. Extensive experience with Google Analytics
- Experience collaborating with UX designers and front-end developers
- Solid knowledge of psychology, statistics, and/or usability
- Experience with various tools such as Adobe Target, VWO, AB Tasty, Hotjar, Contentsquare, and Airtable
- A friendly but critical attitude; you know how to challenge colleagues and clients constructively
