The company has set up a key Sofia technology team of Software Architects, Software Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and Technical Support Specialists as part of a global expansion strategy.
To support this strategy, we are currently looking for talented people for the role of:
CRO Specialist
Role Summary
The CRO Specialist optimises digital user experiences through structured experimentation and behavioural insight. This role focuses on identifying friction points, planning and running A/B tests and turning learnings into scalable improvements. Working closely with design, development, and analytics teams, the CRO Specialist ensures that test ideas are backed by data, well-executed, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop CRO strategies and roadmaps with regional or local teams
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using established tools
- Collaborate with UX, copy, and tech teams to build optimized variations
- Maintain a test backlog, including T-shirt sizing and prioritization
- Share insights and successful experiments across teams and markets
- Ensure test documentation and knowledge-sharing processes are in place
Key Performance Indicators for this role include
- % of teams or markets with approved CRO strategy
- Number of tests run and documented per quarter
- Test win rate and implementation follow-through
- Usage of learnings in other regions or teams
- Contributions to improvements in conversion-focused KPIs
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, digital optimization, or UX testing
- Familiarity with tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO
- Strong grasp of web analytics, UX principles, and behavioural psychology
- Skilled in hypothesis creation, experimentation planning, and result storytelling
- Comfortable working in agile teams with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
