About So Shall We:

We partner with mid‑market owners and executives in the US to drive bottom‑line growth with mutual upside. A rare combination of consulting, full-stack execution and aligned incentives to eliminate what is wrong with the agency model.

We are what remains. We make growth feel easy.

Because your growth is our business.

Your Mission

As a CRO Specialist, you'll support the conversion optimization strategy and experimentation roadmap to drive higher conversion rates across client accounts. You'll work closely with senior CRO, Design, and Performance team members to execute testing initiatives, apply experimentation frameworks, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. This is a great opportunity to build deep expertise in A/B testing and behavioral insight while growing into a role with increasing ownership over client optimization programs.

This role blends hands-on execution with growing strategic input — from spotting optimization opportunities to helping launch and analyze experiments — and requires curiosity, attention to detail, comfort with data, and a genuine interest in understanding user behavior.

What You'll Do

Optimization Support & Delivery

  • Support conversion optimization programs across assigned clients, working alongside senior team members to define testing scope.

  • Help translate business goals and user insights into testing hypotheses (Problem → Hypothesis → Metric).

  • Assist end-to-end in experiments — briefing, spec support, QA, launch monitoring, and analysis, under guidance from senior CRO.

  • Contribute to lifting conversion rate and revenue per visitor by identifying friction points and UX improvement opportunities.

Core Craft

  • Help build A/B tests; support variant design with Design/UX; assist with targeting/audience configuration; help ensure clean event/pixel tracking; document learnings.

Measurement & Insight

  • Support KPI tracking per test; monitor performance; learn to validate significance/power/MDE with guidance; help segment results (device, channel, audience); help maintain actionable backlogs.

Stakeholder / Client Collaboration

  • Support timeline and status communication for assigned workstreams; help prepare readouts and next steps under senior guidance.

Collaboration & Handoffs

  • Partner with Performance, Account Managers, Design, and Funnels teams for ideation, build, QA, and release; write clear tickets/specs; support handoff of winning variants for permanent implementation.

Experimentation & Learning

  • Help maintain the test backlog; participate in ideation sessions; document wins/losses; build familiarity with experimentation heuristics.

Planning & Prioritization

  • Support quarterly testing roadmap planning; learn prioritization frameworks (ICE/PIE); help manage workload across multiple clients.

Systems & Tooling

  • Learn and operate testing/analytics stacks (e.g., Optimizely/VWO/Convert, GA4, tag managers, heatmaps/session replay); help maintain SOPs, templates, and dashboards.

Who You Are

Analytical & Eager to Learn:

  • You're comfortable with data, curious about testing methodology, and eager to build your skills in hypothesis design and A/B testing.

User-Curious:

  • You're interested in understanding real user behavior through funnels, heatmaps, and session replays, and enjoy spotting friction points.

Clear Communicator:

  • You can explain your thinking clearly, ask good questions, and are comfortable collaborating with more senior teammates.

Collaborative & Proactive:

  • You work well with Design, Performance, and Funnels teams, follow through on specs and QA, and take initiative on assigned tasks.

Why So Shall We?
  • Great salary.

  • Work with great humans in a supportive, growth-oriented team that delivers real results.

  • Your personal development will be done directly with the CEO.

  • Amazing office space in Palermo Hollywood.

  • Opportunities for career development and professional growth.

  • Unlimited PTO.

Skills Required

  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks (hypothesis design, QA, analysis)
  • Comfortable working with data and tracking KPIs, able to monitor test performance and basic significance/power concepts
  • Familiarity with testing and analytics tools (Optimizely, VWO, Convert, GA4, tag managers)
  • Knowledge of event/pixel tracking, tagging, and QA processes
  • Interest in user behavior research using funnels, heatmaps, and session replay
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills; ability to write tickets/specs and coordinate with cross-functional teams
