Position Overview:

We’re looking for a data-driven, experiment-minded CRO & Growth Specialist to own the ongoing performance of our web conversion funnel across the Valuation & Property Services ecosystem. This role is responsible for daily conversion monitoring, optimization strategy, and site performance insights that help our marketing and product teams understand how the site is performing and where we can grow.

You’ll transform traffic into leads by identifying friction points, running structured experiments, improving page performance, and maintaining a strong conversion rate across our high-impact pages. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves testing, analytics, and using data to improve user experience and funnel performance.

This specialist partners closely with Product Marketing Managers, UX, Engineering, and Demand Generation — but is the sole owner of the CRO roadmap, conversion metrics, and site-level optimization strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Own the traffic-to-customer conversion rate across key landing pages, PLPs, PDPs, and state pages.
  • Monitor CVR daily, diagnose performance shifts, and proactively surface insights and risks.
  • Build and maintain the CRO pipeline, including experiment hypotheses, prioritization, and execution plans.
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across funnels and content types.
  • Identify UX and behavioral bottlenecks using tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, and scroll-depth analytics.
  • Own and maintain conversion dashboards and KPIs, ensuring leadership and PMMs have clear visibility into site performance.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly insights on CVR trends, test results, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate data into clear recommendations that can be actioned by PMMs, UX, Engineering, or Marketing Operations.
  • Partner with PMMs to ensure CRO insights shape page structure, content modules, messaging, and product launch pages.
  • Work closely with the Demand Generation Director to align CRO efforts with acquisition programs and state-level traffic strategies.
  • Collaborate with UX and Engineering to implement winning tests and site improvements.
  • Provide CRO insights to Sales and other teams to support broader funnel understanding.
  • Build structured test frameworks, including sample size calculations and significance tracking.
  • Document learnings and maintain a repository of experiments, outcomes, and best practices.
  • Develop a culture of continuous experimentation within Marketing and UX.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 4–5+ years of experience in CRO, website optimization, experimentation, or growth analytics.
  • Proven ability to own conversion performance and execute a structured CRO roadmap.
  • Strong experience with A/B testing and optimization tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize alternatives, etc.)
  • Hands-on expertise using analytics tools such as ShopLift, WordPress, GA4, Matomo, Hotjar, FullStory, Looker, or similar .
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and user behavior patterns.
  • Ability to develop hypotheses, run experiments, and clearly communicate results and recommendations.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, particularly with PMMs, UX, Engineering, and marketing leadership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and moving priorities.
