Provide anesthesia care across a high-volume Level I trauma center and two hospitals (general, ortho, vascular, neuro, robotics, etc.). Flexible self-scheduling with OR and trauma shift options, mentor SRNAs, no OB/peds, minimal weekends/evenings, and work in an autonomous CRNA team.

Healthcare United is seeking a CRNA to join a large, established anesthesia team in Ocala, FL. This is a strong opportunity for experienced CRNAs and new grads looking for excellent comp, flexible self-scheduling, big PTO and no traditional call.

• 20 MDs + 32 APPs across 2 hospitals

• ~12K cases annually

• Level I Trauma Center

• General, GYN, ENT, Uro, Ortho, Spine, Vascular, CV, Neuro, Robotics + GI

• No OB / No Peds

• Flexible QGenda self-scheduling

• 8, 10, 12 & 16-hr OR shifts

• 24-hr Trauma shifts available

• No traditional call

• 1 weekend shift/month

• Only 4–5 evening shifts/year

• Autonomous, collegial CRNA environment

• Opportunity to mentor SRNAs

Requirements

• NBCRNA BC

• FL ARNP license/eligible

• New grads welcome

• ATLS required only for Trauma team

• Strong clinical + communication skills

• No visa sponsorship

Benefits

• $220K–$240K base, based on exp

• Start-date bonus available

• $15K–$20K annual retention bonus

• Up to $10K relocation

• 320 hrs PTO Yrs 1–3

• 360 hrs PTO Yrs 4+

• $3K CME/BERA annually

• 1.5x pay over 80 hrs biweekly

• Flexible self-scheduling

• No traditional call

• FT, PT & PRN options

Skills Required

NBCRNA board certified (BC)
Florida ARNP license or eligible
ATLS certification (required for Trauma team)
Strong clinical and communication skills
