Job Description:
We are looking for QA Testers with strong experience in Veeva CRM and B2B business
processes to support testing activities for CRM deployments. Candidates should have
familiarity with pharma commercial systems.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute functional and regression test cases for CRM/Veeva
applications.
• Validate customer master, order flows, and call activity modules.
• Perform test data setup, bug reporting, and issue triaging.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during test cycles.
• Maintain test documentation and results in ALM/JIRA or equivalent tools.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of CRM testing experience, including 2+ years in Veeva CRM.
• Understanding of commercial operations in life sciences industry.
• Excellent written communication and defect reporting capabilities
Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of CRM testing experience
- At least 2 years of experience with Veeva CRM
- Familiarity with pharma commercial systems and B2B processes
- Experience developing and executing functional and regression test cases for CRM
- Experience with test documentation and issue tracking tools (ALM, JIRA, or equivalent)
- Excellent written communication and defect reporting skills
