The Role:
We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive Salesforce CRM & Tech Stack Manager. You will be a key player in overseeing and optimizing our Salesforce platform while managing the integrated tech stack that supports our go-to-market (GTM) operations. This role requires a deep technical understanding of Salesforce administration, integration, and related GTM systems.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration & Optimization: Lead the maintenance, customization, and enhancement of our Salesforce CRM. This includes developing workflows, managing security settings, and creating custom reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Advanced Salesforce Development: Implement and troubleshoot custom Apex triggers, classes, and other advanced Salesforce features to meet the evolving needs of our GTM teams.
- Tech Stack Management: Oversee the entire GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability between Salesforce and other platforms (e.g., Boomi Integration, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- System Performance & Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of our CRM and related systems, performing regular updates, configurations, and integrations to ensure smooth operations.
- Data Governance & Quality Assurance: Manage the customer database, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Oversee data migration, cleansing, and validation processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to align the tech stack with business objectives and support strategic GTM initiatives.
- Process Automation & Efficiency: Design and implement tools, workflows, and automations to enhance efficiency and productivity across GTM functions.
- Release & DevOps Management: Oversee release cycles, sandbox management, and deployment processes, applying DevOps best practices to ensure robust and reliable system updates.
- End-User Support & Training: Serve as the primary technical resource for user support, resolving issues related to Salesforce and integrated systems, and providing training and guidance as needed.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend new tools and technologies that complement and enhance our current GTM tech stack.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator with a proven track record of managing complex Salesforce environments.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce development, including Apex coding, Lightning components (Sales Cloud and CPQ), and advanced automation (Flows, Process Builder).
- Integration Skills: Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft) and a strong understanding of API management and middleware.
- DevOps & Release Management: Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and release management best practices in Salesforce.
- Platform Experience: Familiarity with GTM tools such as Outreach, Ringlead, Drift, GovSpend, Freshdesk, and Dooly is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and driving continuous improvements.
