Role’s Mission
Lead APLAZO's CRM strategy end-to-end — designing and executing personalized journeys across every channel that turn new customers into loyal ones. Working directly with the Head of Growth, you'll own the initiatives that drive engagement, increase lifetime value, and make credit feel simple, clear, and human.
Key responsibilities
1. Design and execute multi-channel campaigns — email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app — managing the full lifecycle from strategy to performance optimization for both new and returning customers.
2. Build automated communication journeys grounded in deep customer segmentation, guiding each person through their lifecycle to increase engagement and lifetime value.
3. Design and run A/B tests, translate findings into actionable strategies, and publish performance reports with clear recommendations for every stakeholder.
4. Own the budget and monthly allocation for messaging platforms and marketing tools, ensuring optimal ROI and smart resource use.
5. Actively incorporate AI tools into CRM workflows — from copy generation and audience segmentation to journey automation — and champion AI adoption across the team.
6. Mentor and develop CRM Specialists, setting clear goals and creating space for professional growth aligned with team strategy.
7. Collaborate with product, marketing, commercial, and credit teams to ensure seamless, integrated customer experiences across every touchpoint.
8. Drive continuous improvement in CRM processes and tooling, staying ahead of industry best practices and emerging technology — especially AI-powered CRM innovations.
