The opportunity
What you have
- 5+ years experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing, preferably in e-commerce or digital products
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Selligent or similar)
- Proven analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and translating insights into actions
- Experience with or strong interest in applying AI/ML within CRM (predictive modeling, AI-driven personalization, generative AI for content/optimization)
- A commercial mindset focused on driving measurable impact (conversion, retention, CLV)
- Strong ownership, proactive communication, and a "get things done" mentality
- Adaptable and eager to learn, you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where priorities can change quickly
Skills Required
- 5+ years experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing
- Experience in e-commerce or digital products
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Selligent or similar)
- Experience executing personalized campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels
- Proven analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and translating insights into actions
- Experience with or strong interest in applying AI/ML within CRM (predictive modeling, personalization, generative AI)
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Commercial mindset focused on conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value
- Strong ownership, proactive communication, and a get-things-done mentality
- Adaptable and eager to learn; able to thrive in a fast-paced international environment
