Overview: This is an execution-focused role that supports the day-to-day health of our HubSpot CRM. You’ll help keep data clean, assist users with basic CRM issues, and perform routine checks to ensure Operational Teams have what they need to work smoothly.

What You’ll DoCRM Support (Tier 1)- Respond to basic HubSpot support requests from internal users (access, views, lists, simple report questions).
- Help troubleshoot straightforward issues and escalate anything complex.
- Perform weekly checks for duplicates, missing fields, or incorrect associations.
Update records to ensure accuracy across companies, contacts, deals, and products. - Follow data-cleanup checklists and report any recurring issues.
- Process, verify, and assign all incoming Leads/Demo requests to the appropriate Sales Team Members.
- Review all inbound weekly for accuracy and to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Maintain saved views, simple lists, and dashboards created by the RevOps team.
- Assist with small workflow updates (renaming, filtering, adding notifications—no building required).
- Review “safety nets” to make sure everything is running as expected.
- Check that important sales handoff steps, MQL follow-up, and other key actions were completed correctly.
- Flag any inconsistencies or errors for HRO to review
- Update screenshots, guides, and how-to docs when fields or views change.
- Record short Loom videos when needed to help users understand updates.
- Clean, accurate CRM data
- Quick responses to internal support questions
- Fewer duplicate records and missing fields
- Smooth lead routing and fewer preventable errors
- Clear communication with RevOps and frontline teams.
- Daily: Sales, Support
- Closely: The Head of Revenue Operations
- Occasionally: Marketing, BI/IT, and Finance
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM support, data entry, sales operations support, or a similar role (HubSpot experience preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset
- Google Workspace experience required
- Ability to follow structured processes and keep organized records
- Interest in learning more about RevOps over time
- Basic understanding of data governance
