Job Description:
We are looking for a CRM Specialist to develop and manage our CRM campaigns and customer segmentation strategies. The
ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics, with a focus on optimising CRM processes and generating
actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement CRM campaigns
* Manage customer segmentation strategies
* Deploy CRM campaigns for multiple clients
* Continuously measure and optimise campaign performance
* Generate insights from data analysis
* Optimise CRM processes for efficiency and effectiveness
* Communicate clearly with clients to manage expectations and
deliverables.
Technical Skills:
* Advanced CRM tools proficiency (e.g., Klaviyo, Dot Digital, Mailchimp)
* Intermediate GA4 proficiency
* Basic Looker Studio proficiency
* Intermediate data analysis ability
* Basic Canva skills
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* Advanced CRM certifications preferred
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Detail oriented
* Effective planner
* Results Driven
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
KPIs:
* Campaign performance
* Quality and accuracy of customer segmentation and Impact on
campaign performance
* Insightfulness of campaign analysis
