About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing professional to be part of the growth at Petal & Pup. You will manage the creation, prioritisation and delivery of CRM strategies with a focus on our customer journey & experience. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager you will be part of the digital marketing team delivering data driven results for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of CRM strategies, including email, SMS, app notifications, and loyalty campaigns, to maximise revenue, retention, and customer engagement.
  • Own and monitor channel performance metrics such as subscriber growth, sessions, CTR, conversion rates, AOV, and engagement frequency.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform optimisation strategies and execute A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Ensure all customer communications are impactful, on-brand, region-specific, and aligned with go-to-market (GTM) content across all channels.
  • Manage the Petal & Pup loyalty program, Petal Perks, by planning and executing loyalty marketing campaigns, promotional activities, program benefits, and customer journey mapping.
  • Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance, investigate anomalies in engagement metrics, such as unsubscribe and spam rates, and provide actionable insights to optimise future campaigns.
  • Build and manage audience segments within the customer data platform, ensuring seamless integration and distribution to appropriate marketing channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop content and assets that align with channel objectives and uphold the Petal & Pup brand.
  • Manage the CRM and loyalty marketing calendar, including setting timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Stay informed of industry best practices and trends to keep CRM efforts innovative and competitive.
  • Work closely with external partners, including Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Tapcart, to ensure seamless platform integration and performance optimisation.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing, with a focus on email and SMS channels.
  • Experience with CRM systems and technology platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Yotpo, Tapcart)
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional relationship the wider marketing team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Curiosity and passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
