CRM SPECIALIST fixed term contract until May 2027 fulltime

As CRM Specialist within CHANEL’s Fragrance & Beauty team in Benelux & Scandinavia, you play a central role in building deeper knowledge of our clients and translating that knowledge into smart CRM decisions. Data is at the heart of everything you do; from tracking performance and running campaign analyses to identifying trends and shaping strategy. This position combines strong analytical work with hands-on campaign execution. We’re looking for someone who is naturally drawn to data, comfortable working independently with complex datasets, and able to turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

 Data & Analytics

  • Own client data analysis as a core part of your daily work; building, maintaining and evolving regular reporting to track CRM performance and client behaviour.
  • Work hands-on with CHANEL’s Client Data ecosystem: PowerBI (reporting & dashboarding), Imagino and Salesforce.
  • Proactively identify trends, anomalies and opportunities in client data and translate these into clear recommendations for the business.
  • Develop local data request documents to inform and optimise EDM strategies based on local client insights and business needs.
  • Run post-campaign analyses to measure impact, identify performance drivers and fuel continuous improvement.
  • Build and deliver targeted client lists for campaigns, ensuring a personalised and relevant client experience.

EDM & Campaign Management

  • Plan and own the EDM campaign calendar, ensuring effective and data-informed communications throughout the year.
  • Coordinate print marketing campaigns to support KEMs and personalised birthday gifting initiatives.
  • Oversee EDM validation, maintaining accuracy and consistency across all outgoing communications.
  • Guide and coach the CRM Intern in EDM execution and campaign reporting.

Loyalty

  • Monitor and continuously improve the loyalty programme (La Collection), using data to assess programme health and identify areas for growth.
  • Act as the key liaison with the Customer Care Centre for all F&B-related CRM topics.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a CRM, data analytics or data-driven marketing role.
  • Passion for data analysis - you don’t just run reports, you ask questions, dig deeper and turn findings into stories that drive action.
  • Proficient in BI tools (PowerBI strongly preferred) and/or CRM platforms (Salesforce, Imagino or equivalent).
  • Strong ability to work autonomously with data - structuring analyses, drawing conclusions and presenting findings with clarity and confidence.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG or luxury is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, French and Dutch.
  • Collaborative team player who can work independently and support a team
  • Fulltime available and living in or around Brussel
