About the role:
We are seeking a CRM Specialist to join our Pet Nutrition team in Melbourne. In this essential, capability-building role, you will take ownership of establishing high-impact CRM programs across the portfolio of brands, improving the quality and depth of our first-party data, and breathing fresh energy into our ADVANCE D2C and D2B programs.
By building our in-house technical capability, you will help enable faster, more consistent execution across brands and channels, and ensuring CRM becomes a scalable, high performing engine for customer engagement and commercial growth.
What will you do?
As our CRM Specialist, you will own the end-to-end execution of our CRM campaigns, turning audience segments into active brand advocates. Your key areas of focus include:
- Journey Building & Execution: Plan, build, and deploy manual and automated CRM campaigns and multi-channel journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Loyalty Program Growth: Partner with the Loyalty Manager to refresh and build out tailored journeys for our ADVANCE D2B and D2C programs, strengthening member engagement and retention.
- Optimization & Performance: Constantly monitor campaign results, lead A/B and multivariate testing (subject lines, templates, creative, timing), and provide data-driven insights to improve future activity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Operations, Brand, and eCommerce teams to align CRM efforts with our wider commercial goals.
- Agency & Asset Management: Brief and manage creative, technical, and content requirements, and oversee platform templates, asset taxonomy, and tracking.
- First-Party Data Stewardship: Ensure all CRM activities support our first-party data strategy, contributing directly to audience enrichment and growth.
What will you bring?
We are searching for a technical, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional who balances analytical thinking with a passion for customer engagement.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or consumer relationship marketing (CRM).
- Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or a similar scale-enterprise ecosystem, including audience segmentation, journey builder, and campaign execution.
- Strong comfort with data analysis and digital metrics. You are someone who uses performance metrics to make smart, optimization-led decisions.
- A solid understanding of first-party data (the transition from "unknown" to "known" customers) combined with excellent project management and delivery skills.
- Action-oriented with a strong drive for results. You are tech-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable communicating cross-functionally.
- Degree qualified or equivalent practical digital marketing education.

Skills Required
- 3+ years experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or consumer relationship marketing (CRM).
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or a similar enterprise CRM ecosystem.
- Experience with audience segmentation, Journey Builder, and campaign execution.
- Proven experience with A/B and multivariate testing and using digital metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Strong data analysis skills and comfort with digital performance metrics.
- Solid understanding of first-party data strategies and audience enrichment.
- Project management and delivery skills; highly organized and able to communicate cross-functionally.
- Degree qualified or equivalent practical digital marketing education.
- Experience building or optimising loyalty program journeys (D2C/D2B).
