We are looking for a Zoho CRM Specialist who can manage, customize, and optimize our CRM ecosystem to drive customer engagement, retention, and operational efficiency. This role requires a mix of CRM expertise, automation skills, and basic coding knowledge to build scalable systems and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate data, pipeline visibility, and smooth operations
Design and execute targeted campaigns using Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing Automation
Build and optimize workflows, blueprints, and automation using Deluge
Develop and manage integrations with internal and third-party tools via APIs and webhooks
Create customer segmentation strategies for lifecycle marketing (lead nurturing, retention, re-engagement)
Generate reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics to track campaign and sales performance
Ensure CRM data hygiene, deduplication, and compliance with data privacy standards
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech teams to improve CRM usage and efficiency

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and the Zoho ecosystem

Strong knowledge of Deluge (mandatory)

Working knowledge of:

SQL

JavaScript or Python

Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and automation tools (Zoho Flow, Zapier, etc.)

Strong analytical skills with Excel / reporting tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field

2–5 years of relevant experience in CRM / Marketing Automation (Zoho preferred)

Strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability

Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills
