Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Klaviyo campaigns, including email automations, triggered flows, and reporting.
- Build and refine customer segments to ensure targeted communication and high conversion rates.
- Drive SMS Marketing campaigns through Attentive (experience in this area is essential).
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain high attention to detail in all CRM-related tasks and adapt to shifting priorities quickly.
Must Have:
- Proven experience working with Klaviyo and CRM systems.
- Experience with Attentive for SMS marketing campaigns (a must).
- Strong track record in segment building and audience targeting.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- High attention to detail and a proactive, responsive approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage CRM responsibilities end-to-end.
