Job DescriptionWe are building world-class Knowledge Management solutions leveraging the power of the cloud and Gen AI. We have KM solutions for our Sales, Service and Product businesses. The ideal candidate will work closely with the architect to design, develop, implement and support of key Coveo/Knowledge Management features for the B2B businesses.
The role will involve/participate in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives with different/competing timelines and demands.
- Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels.
- Coordinate with other developers and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions.
- Comfortable working with both technical and business staff, and flexible in working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle and maintenance.
- Work closely with various IT and business stakeholders to drive and/or facilitate development of requirements, specifications, and use cases for assigned projects.
- Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design.
- Create documentation and procedures while maintaining best practices and following Visa's methodology for development, installation, and maintenance.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
2 or more years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, deployment and maintenance of the search (Coveo or any other leading search is preferred) platform on CRM system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
Create and improve search capabilities and develop these within the search platform
Improve search results and boost relevancy
Identify, explore, aggregate search related data to generate meaningful insights
Strong understanding of web crawling, meta tags
Should have knowledge and understanding of GenAI and implementation experience would be a plus
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Experience working with a global team across multiple time zones
Must have skills - C#, Java, JavaScript development skills including knowledge of JSON, HTML/CSS, working knowledge of CRM platforms
Good to have skills - Python scripting, Coveo Enterprise Search, MS Dynamics CRM
