NXP Semiconductor seeks a Salesforce Software Developer to join our team and help build innovative, scalable and maintainable solutions in the No.1 CRM system. You will work on cutting-edge projects with the latest Salesforce products, including AI/ML and GenAI as applicable. These projects provide growth opportunities in all aspects of Salesforce development, such as the backend and frontend programming, database development and data migration, interaction with architects, business analysts and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work with architects, business analysts, and other developers to analyze requirements and translate them into feasible software design that achieves target capabilities and leverage the platform effectively
- Develop solutions in the CRM system by understanding the features provided by the system and incorporating software development best practice, such as design patterns
- Provide estimates of the level of effort to implement capabilities based on business requirements and solution design
- Design, develop, create unit tests, and document solutions that are workable, understandable, and maintainable
- Collaborate with global IT resources and business users regarding status, technical issues and implementation
- Work with agility in the established software development/release process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; Master degree is preferable
- 5+ years work experience in a technical environment, with preferably 2+ years on the Salesforce platform.
- Development experience in Applications development, frontend technologies, such as Java, HTML/CSS, JavaScript and Ajax
- Salesforce Configuration and Apex development experience.
- Experience in relational database model design
- Understanding SQL DML, transaction concept, and concurrency control
- Relevant Salesforce Certification is preferable (e.g. Administrator, Platform Developer I.)
- Self-motivated team player
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
