Description

The Salesforce CRM senior manager is responsible for the strategic ownership, governance, and continuous evolution of the Salesforce platform across the organization. This role serves as a key link between business objectives and technology solutions, ensuring Salesforce enables efficient, scalable, and standardized Sales and Customer Service processes.

The position combines platform leadership, business process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and people management. The Salesforce CRM Team Lead drives the platform roadmap, oversees system performance and integrations, leads a high-performing Salesforce team, and ensures the delivery of innovative, business-focused solutions that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

  •  Own and lead the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud), defining the roadmap and ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of CRM processes, establishing scalable and standardized global workflows.
  • Oversee platform configuration, enhancements, releases, upgrades, and overall system performance, stability, and data integrity.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and key enterprise systems (ERP, Data Platforms, and other business applications), ensuring reliable and accurate data flow across the organization.
  • Lead and develop a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts, setting priorities, managing workloads, and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Manage external vendors, implementation partners, Salesforce licensing, and related contracts, while optimizing costs and service quality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders and global teams to translate business needs into effective technology solutions and ensure high levels of user adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field 
  • Certifications (Highly Preferred): Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and\/or Application\/System Architect tracks.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud \/ Service Cloud) with at least 3 years in a dedicated leadership or people-management role. 
  • Proven experience leading CRM teams in a global environment 
  • Strong experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations 
  • Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders
  • Agile Delivery: Strong command of Agile\Scrum methodologies and tools 
  • Certifications (Highly Preferred): Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and\/or Application\/System Architect tracks. 

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) with at least 3 years in a leadership or people-management role
  • Proven experience leading CRM teams in a global environment
