The Role
Job Description:
Project & CRM Operations:
- Lead CRM project implementations and operations as a success manager, ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet client objectives
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycle
- Coordinate with CXM cross functions: growth, innovation and tech teams on integrations between various MarTech platforms and CRM/ loyalty/ engagement systems
- Oversee campaign execution and provide guidance on CRM best practices
- Create project documentation and conduct client training sessions
- Manage financial & legal documents
Product Management:
- Own our in-house product development, gathering client requirements and market feedback
- Work with innovation & development teams to define product features and improvements
- Co-Manage product roadmap with innovation team and coordinate with technical teams on implementation
- Provide customer/campaign journey & technical consultation to clients on product capabilities and best practices
- Monitor product performance and user satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in CRM operations and project delivery, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
- Strong understanding of CRM & loyalty program solutions, LINE Business Platform and MarTech platforms, with hands-on experience in project delivery
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with ability to drive multiple projects while maintaining service excellence
- Proven track record in CRM business initiatives, managing CRM projects with attention to detail and collaborative approach
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Client service mindset with excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
- Understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes
- Team player with proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
