We are on the lookout for a CRM Product Bonus Manager to join our CRM Team.
Role overview
As a CRM Product Bonus Manager, you’ll manage and optimize bonus and loyalty mechanics in Smartico, from setup and launch to ongoing performance. You’ll work closely with Product, Tech, and CRM teams to make sure mechanics, triggers, and rewards work smoothly.
You’ll also track key performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and maintain clear documentation of configurations and logic.
Responsibilities
- Bonus & Loyalty Mechanics: Configure, launch, and manage product-integrated bonus and loyalty mechanics in Smartico, including tournaments, mini-games, gamification levels, and other engagement features.
- Loyalty Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of Smartico mechanics, ensuring triggers are configured correctly and rewards are delivered as expected.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Tech, and CRM teams to ensure smooth integration, accurate event tracking, and scalable mechanics.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics such as engagement, participation, redemption rates, retention, and LTV to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimization: Use data and performance insights to improve existing mechanics and their impact on customer engagement and retention.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of Smartico configurations, logic, triggers, and payload requirements.
Requirements
- Smartico Experience: Hands-on experience configuring and launching bonus mechanics, gamification, and loyalty features in Smartico is a must.
- Bonus & Gamification Expertise: Strong understanding of product-integrated bonus mechanics, bonus engines, and user engagement tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working closely with Product, Tech, CRM, and BI teams.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance metrics and use data to optimize bonus and gamification mechanics.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, QA testing, and maintaining complex multi-trigger setups.
