FanDuel is looking for a CRM Operations Senior Associate to help drive our CRM communication strategy, execution and marketing initiatives. You will play a key role supporting FanDuel’s transactional communication programs. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate revenue driving marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.


THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

Campaign Management & Operations

  • Manage 100+ active email campaigns across Sportsbook, Casino, Racing, DFS, Faceoff, Picks, and Predicts verticals
  • Maintain and update existing campaigns with personalization, branding updates, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with Central Product Experiences team (CPE) to optimize campaign delivery and performance as well as initiate building of new campaign triggers to reduce dependencies and improve efficiency
  • Develop and execute new campaign launches for product releases and feature rollouts
  • Optimize email templates and branding consistency across all communications

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all transactional communications meet legal and regulatory requirements
  • Execute timely disclaimer updates for state launches and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with Legal team on campaign review and approval processes
  • Maintain documentation of compliance requirements across different jurisdictions
  • Monitor and address potential compliance risks in customer communications

Customer Lifecycle & Personalization

  • Implement responsible gaming communications and educational messaging
  • Implement customer profiling and segmentation strategies

Process Optimization & Documentation

  • Establish standardized processes and documentation for transactional operations
  • Build and expand scalable automation frameworks
  • Maintain campaign performance metrics and reporting dashboards

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or customer communications
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze preferred)
  • Strong understanding of transactional email best practices and deliverability
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance analysis
  • Knowledge of email compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in HTML for email template development
  • Experience with customer segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Familiarity with data integration and customer profiling platforms
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools
  • Understanding of gaming/sports betting industry regulations (preferred)
  • Experience with responsible gaming communications (preferred)
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing in subscription or gaming businesses
  • Familiarity with multi-state regulatory requirements (preferred)
  • Project management experience with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with customer journey mapping and automation workflows
  • Knowledge of personalization engines and dynamic content

The applicable salary range for this position is $79,000 - $99,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
