What will you be doing?

As our CRM Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our digital commercial strategy. You’ll ensure our CRM systems are optimised to deliver high-quality data and actionable insights that drive targeted marketing campaigns across multiple European markets. Working closely with campaign managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll translate marketing strategies into CRM requirements, support system enhancements, and deliver clear reporting on campaign performance. Your work will directly influence how we engage with customers and improve outcomes. You will:

  • Oversee CRM marketing data quality and integrity to enable accurate reporting and insightful analysis

  • Partner with campaign managers to translate strategies into CRM requirements and ensure effective targeting

  • Develop CRM reporting capabilities to track campaign outcomes, lead conversion and ROI

  • Support CRM development to enhance marketing strategies, data integration and dashboard analytics

  • Stay current with CRM trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing operations

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being a proactive problem solver with a passion for data and collaboration. You’ll be someone who thrives on precision and enjoys turning insights into action. You’ll need:

  • 2+ years of experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), with a strong focus on data quality and usability

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support marketing strategies

  • Understanding of CRM configuration and requirements gathering to support system improvements

  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams
