The Role

MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.

We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team at MOO is dedicated to delivering personalised, omni-channel experiences that strengthen the relationship between MOO and its customers. Every interaction is seen as an opportunity to create remarkable experiences while building long-term customer value.

MOO is looking for a motivated, proactive professional to lead our marketing automation efforts for business services customers. This will be an FTC role - you will work closely with marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that maximise the value of our existing customer base while nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, imaginative, collaborative, and solutions-oriented. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing automation expert who thrives in a dynamic environment. The role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities and partner with key stakeholders to deliver data-driven, customer-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the email and automated marketing programme for MOO’s Business Services (MBS) customers, managing end-to-end campaign execution. Responsibilities include planning with the sales and MBS marketing teams, maintaining a marketing calendar, submitting creative briefs, building campaigns in Braze and Pardot, setting up automation, circulating proofs, and analysing performance.
  • Lead the development of the promotional calendar and coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on audience segmentation, contact strategy, and performance forecasting informed by historical data (primarily targeting acquisition and returning customer strategies).
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to use performance insights to improve existing lifecycle campaigns and develop new automated programmes.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and align expectations with stakeholders across sales, design, and analytics.
  • Design and execute a testing strategy to increase engagement and conversion through the email marketing programme.
  • Monitor email deliverability, engagement metrics, and bounce rates, and work with external tools and partners to maintain a high-quality sender reputation.
  • Stay current with trends and best practices in email marketing, CRM, and direct marketing through ongoing competitor and industry analysis.

About You

  • Relevant marketing experience, ideally with a focus on B2B audiences
  • Solid understanding of direct marketing principles, including customer retention, segmentation, testing, and performance reporting
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across internal teams and with external partners
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with audience segmentation and developing targeted marketing campaigns
  • Basic HTML skills, including the ability to troubleshoot rendering issues and implement new templates
  • Proficiency with major email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Campaign, or similar), and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey CRM and email marketing strategies to diverse audiences
  • A customer-first mindset focused on delivering smooth, engaging, and effective campaigns and customer journeys
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with flexibility

Nice To Have

  • Experience using Braze
