We are looking for a Data Analyst / CRM Manager who is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and highly proficient in Excel and CRM platforms. Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Analysis
- Clean, organize, and maintain large data sets to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms.
- Use advanced Excel functions to analyze and format data for reporting and imports.
- Identify data trends, errors, and gaps, and work proactively to resolve issues.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports and dashboards to support sales, marketing, and operations teams.
CRM Administration & Support
- Work within Insellerate or similar CRM systems to update records, manage workflows, and ensure campaign accuracy.
- Assist with importing and exporting data, list segmentation, and tag management across CRM tools.
- Support automation logic and campaign setup in tools like Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, or
Follow Up Boss. - Troubleshoot CRM issues and ensure CRM data aligns with compliance and business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to meet data needs and support campaign execution.
- Ensure data integrity and alignment between CRM, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience: 2+ years in a data-focused or CRM support role; experience in mortgage, real estate, or
finance industries a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Must be familiar with excel terms and formulas (VLOOKUP, CONCAT, IFERROR, INDEX, MATCH, COUNTIF, AND, OR, SUBSTITUTE, IF)
- Familiarity with Insellerate, Hubspot, Go High Level, Salesforce, Jungo, Big Purple Dot, Follow Up Boss or similar CRMS
- Capable of organizing, refining, and analyzing data to support informed decision-making.
- Understanding of CRM segmentation, workflows, tags, and data integrity practices.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a solutions-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment.
