The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce a full-time CRM Manager position in Clearwater, FL! In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the mission of FrankCrum by managing the CRM.

  1. Owns data in HubSpot and supporting systems.
  2. Supports CRM Team with work such as workflows, automation, and pipelines.
  3. Tracks and reports metrics and trends and reporting support.
  4. Cleans and maintains all the data in the system (properties, CRM data, workflows, etc.).
  5. Sets up and maintains all systems integrations.
  6. Import and export data and monitor.
  7. Refines existing workflows and strategies and recommends strategy improvements.
  8. Analyzes and audits data in the systems.
  9.  Acts as a liaison between the IT and CRM team to manage CRM systems and data warehousing.


The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include advanced knowledge of HubSpot and portal platform technology. Node or Python experience or JavaScript and SQL or other database experience is desired. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science or related field or three (3) years of experience as a technical CRM Manager is required.
