Job Title: CRM Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated CRM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM systems. As the CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for optimizing our CRM platforms to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and improve overall satisfaction. This is a hands-on role that will also involve managing a team of two CRM specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM systems.
  • Solution Design: Develop scalable CRM solutions that integrate well with the organization's ecosystem.
  • Data Modeling: Ensure effective data flow and structure within the CRM.
  • Integration: Connect CRM systems with other platforms for a unified digital infrastructure.
  • Salesforce Development: Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
  • Web Technologies: Apply modern web technologies for seamless data integration and user experience.
  • Salesforce Coding: Write efficient Apex classes, triggers, Aura/LWC components, and unit tests.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with these teams to define and document requirements using SDLC methodologies.
  • Program Delivery: Manage all aspects of CRM implementation, including resource planning, timeline, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Scope Adherence: Ensure adherence to scope, timeline, and budget, proactively addressing any issues.
  • Best Practices: Establish and maintain best practices in CRM functionality, focusing on enterprise-wide standardization.
  • Training: Provide CRM training for new and existing employees.
  • Documentation: Oversee documentation for business requirements, functional specs, interface and data conversion requirements, use cases, and design.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of standards, methodologies, procedures, and tools.
  • Solution-Based Recommendations: Offer solutions to keep projects on track when issues arise.
  • Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status.
  • Document Repository: Maintain a centralized repository for key documents (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams).
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendors, including onboarding, legal and finance requirements, SOWs, budgets, project plans, and communications.
  • Team Management: Lead and support a team of two CRM specialists, fostering growth and development.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of CRM implementation experience, with a track record in CRM strategy and program management.
  • Familiarity with Revenue.io, Outreach, Apex Coding, or similar systems.
  • Proven experience in a CRM Manager or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
