CRM Manager
 

Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic CRM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in CRM management, preferably with Total Expert or mortgage CRM systems. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team, managing user roles, and building impactful email marketing campaigns. The CRM Manager will play a key role in aligning corporate strategy with individual loan officers' workflows to drive business success. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • CRM Management: 

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the CRM platform, with a strong preference for experience in Total Expert. 

  • Manage multi-level user roles, ensuring appropriate access and permissions based on job functions. 

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure data integrity and optimize CRM performance. 

  • Sales Team Support: 

  • Assist with training and onboarding new users, providing ongoing support to ensure efficient use of the CRM. 

  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions tailored to different user levels within the sales team. 

  • Assist loan officers with questions about the system and its functionality, ensuring they can effectively utilize CRM tools. 

  • Email Marketing Campaigns: 

  • Design and build strategic email marketing campaigns (Journeys) that support loan officers’ business goals. 

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness. 

  • Strategic Alignment: 

  • Translate corporate strategy into actionable plans within the CRM, tailored to individual loan officers’ daily workflows. 

  • Ensure the CRM supports overall business objectives and enhances the productivity and efficiency of the sales team. 

  • Content Management: 

  • Manage and curate content within the CRM, ensuring relevance and accessibility based on user roles. 

  • Continuously update and refine CRM content to align with changing business needs and market conditions. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM management, with extensive experience in supporting sales teams. 

  • Preferable experience with Total Expert; experience with mortgage CRM systems is highly desirable. 

  • Proven expertise in building and managing email marketing campaigns. 

  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate corporate strategy into day-to-day workflows. 

  • Experience in managing multi-level user roles within a CRM. 

  • Excellent communication and training skills, with a focus on user adoption and proficiency. 

  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and CRM utilization. 

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and projects based on varying levels of urgency and importance. 

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
