The Role

Dynata is seeking an experienced and highly skilled CRM Manager specializing in Dynamics 365 to join our Commercial organization. Reporting to the Global Director of Sales Operations, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales and marketing processes and will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM system to enhance customer relationships, Sales user experience, drive sales, and improve pipeline visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:

  • Oversee the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the CRM.
  • Develop and implement CRM policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage stakeholder feedback and use insights to improve products and services.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers as needed.

CRM Implementation:

  • Support Global Head of Sales & Marketing Operations in the planning, execution, and delivery of CRM implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the CRM solution meets business needs.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful implementation.

Training and Support:

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for CRM users to maximize system utilization.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to CRM users.
  • Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and workflows within Dynamics 365.
  • Create and enforce standardized Sales operating processes across the entire sales revenue technology stack (spanning all segments and geos)
  • Identify opportunities to automate sales activities to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on CRM functionalities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate Dynamics 365 with marketing automation tools.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Partner with Sales Analyst to generate and analyze CRM reports to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.
  • Monitor key metrics and KPIs, presenting findings to senior management.
  • Conduct regular audits of CRM data to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing CRM systems, with at least 2-3 years specializing in Dynamics 365.
  • Proven experience in overseeing CRM implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver CRM training programs.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing processes and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams.

Critical Skills + Competencies:

  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, configuration, and integration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing Processes, Sales Methodology best practices and how Technology can support adherence to these.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, specifically Hubspot Marketing Hub, and their integration with CRM systems.

Persona Background:

  • Likely from a tech company or related field as Dynata, has 3-5 years' experience leading the orchestration of complex tech stacks at scale.
  • Previous RevOps / Tech Ops roles in more established environments (i.e., can bring a needed fresh perspective to help challenge the current status quo)
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics + Dynamics 365 CRM and Hubspot
  • Marketing Hub is a plus.
  • Previous experience training, coaching, supporting, and managing tech stack rollouts and improvements

The base salary range for this position in is $80K-$110K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
