What are we looking for now?

An experienced and commercially minded Senior CRM Manager – Sports who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences through data-driven CRM strategies. You have a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and long-term value.

You thrive in a hands-on role while taking strategic ownership of your markets. You'll primarily focus on the Canadian market, with additional responsibility for Tier 2 markets, including Finland where applicable. Working closely with the Head of CRM and cross-functional teams, you'll use customer insights and performance data to continuously improve CRM initiatives across our Sports and Casino products.

What You'll do:
  • Contribute to the CRM strategy and execution for assigned Sports markets, with a primary focus on Canada and other Tier 2 markets.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Telegram, Inbox, On-site, and other CRM channels.

  • Develop market-specific CRM calendars aligned with business objectives, customer lifecycle stages, and promotional priorities.

  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behaviour, and commercial KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to improve results.

  • Continuously optimize customer journeys, segmentation, offers, and communication based on performance insights.

  • Work closely with Casino, Product, Marketing, VIP, Acquisition, Design, Content and Data teams to deliver high-impact CRM campaigns.

  • Coordinate CRM-related activities across departments to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.

  • Proactively identify customer opportunities and pain points, proposing initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.

  • Support the planning and execution of Sports and Casino promotional campaigns, major sporting events, and seasonal initiatives.

  • Conduct A/B testing and campaign experimentation to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.

  • Ensure campaign quality through testing, validation, and adherence to regulatory and responsible gaming requirements.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

  • Support the rollout of new CRM initiatives, tools, and customer engagement features.

  • Contribute to the overall CRM strategy by sharing market insights, best practices, and recommendations.

What You'll bring:
  • 3-5+ years of CRM experience, preferably within online gaming, sports betting, or another fast-paced digital industry.

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention, and engagement strategies.

  • Experience in setting up automated CRM journeys and lifecycle campaigns is highly desirable.

  • Experience planning and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns.

  • Highly analytical with experience interpreting campaign and customer data.

  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights into business actions.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. Smartico, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar).

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Improvement in CRM KPIs, including Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI.

  • Successful execution of CRM campaign calendars with high quality and on-time delivery.
