As a CRM Manager on the Performance Marketing team, you will be the architectural force behind the lifecycle strategies that drive our South Asia corridor. You will own the end-to-end customer journey for the South Asian diaspora, designing complex, automated pathways that seamlessly guide users from their first onboarding step to becoming high-frequency, long-term senders.

You won’t just be sending emails; you will leverage advanced segmentation and multi-channel orchestration to deliver the right message at the exact right time. By deeply understanding our users' remittance behaviours and optimising funnel conversion, you will directly increase Lifetime Value (LTV) and ensure that sending money to India, Pakistan, or Bangladesh is a deeply engaging, culturally resonant experience.

How You’ll Contribute
  • Architect Lifecycle Journeys: Design and implement logic-based, multi-touch automation flows targeting onboarding, activation, retention, and churn prevention.

  • Orchestrate Multi-Channel Campaigns: Deploy perfectly timed messaging across Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messages, SMS, and WhatsApp to maximise user engagement.

  • Drive Hyper-Personalisation: Utilise behavioral data and RFM analysis to build dynamic user segments that tailor the value proposition to specific sender behaviors.

  • Optimise the Funnel: Rigorously monitor drop-off points and deploy targeted interventions and A/B tests to recover abandoned transactions and improve conversion.

  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Manage the technical execution and database hygiene within enterprise CRM platforms, ensuring strict GDPR compliance and high deliverability.

  • Analyse and Iterate: Track weekly performance against core KPIs like Activation Rate, 30-day Retention, and LTV, translating cohort data into actionable growth strategies.

Who You Are
  • Highly Analytical: You live in the data and can look at a cohort report to immediately diagnose why retention dropped in a specific month, translating that insight into a targeted campaign.

  • Technically Minded: You understand the underlying CRM architecture, comfortably navigating triggers, APIs, and webhooks to ensure flawless data flow between the product and your campaigns.

  • Culturally Empathetic: You leverage your understanding of the South Asian diaspora to write clear, conversion-focused copy that genuinely resonates with their unique remittance needs.

  • Experimentation-Driven: You never settle for the first draft; you constantly run A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, creative, and send times to optimize engagement.

  • High Ownership: You take full accountability for the user journey, proactively identifying friction points and building automated solutions without waiting for direction.

What You’ll Bring
  • Basic experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing within a high-growth B2C app environment.

  • Deep technical proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, CleverTap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io).

  • Proven track record of improving Retention, Onboarding Conversion, and LTV through complex automated workflows.

  • Strong understanding of segmentation, cohort analysis, and data-driven funnel optimization.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with South Asian markets, plus basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or Liquid/Jinja templating.
