Job Description

The CRM team at Wise is expanding to consolidate our communication efforts across the LatAm region. We are dedicated to providing first-class, high-value communications that help our customers maximize their Wise accounts, save money, and avoid the high exchange rates of traditional banks.

We are building money without borders for people and businesses, and we need your expertise to make our LatAm customer communications best-in-class. We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our growing team to lead and implement our regional strategy. In this role, you will shape and deliver effective communication journeys—from engaging product launches to testing and refining our lifecycle communications.

Your Mission

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and manage the LatAm CRM strategy, focusing on customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and engagement initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders (Product, UX, Design, Engineering, and Analytics) to define and execute multi-channel strategies (email, push, in-app).

  • Data-Driven Segmentation: Use insights to segment customers effectively, ensuring every group receives tailored, relevant, and supportive communication.

  • Lifecycle Optimization: Design and implement lifecycle strategies to foster long-term loyalty through continuous testing and refinement.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for increasing engagement and conversion.

  • Platform Integrity: Maintain database health and deliverability, ensuring all communications align with CRM best practices and compliance requirements.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee email calendar management, monthly reporting, and the localization process for international campaigns.

Qualifications

A Bit About You

  • Communication: Strong proficiency in verbal and written English and Portuguese.

  • CRM Expertise: Mid-level experience in a CRM role, with a focus on segmentation, lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Track Record: Proven experience planning and executing large-scale, cross-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app).

  • Customer-First Mindset: A deep understanding of customer segmentation and the ability to advocate for the user experience.

  • Stakeholder Management: Comfortable building relationships and alignment across different departments and seniority levels.

  • Proactive & Impact-Driven: You enjoy taking ownership of projects and thrive in an environment that offers autonomy and the opportunity to build new paths.

  • Technical & Creative Balance: Technically savvy with an eye for detail; you care equally about how a system functions and how the message resonates with the customer.

  • Analytical Curiosity: A quick learner who enjoys using data to solve problems and improve campaign performance.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in a product-driven or international organization.

  • Technical skills in coding HTML, CSS, or Shopify Liquid.

  • Proficiency in SQL or analytical tools like Looker, GA, or MixPanel.

  • Experience using Braze or similar cross-channel marketing platforms.

  • Experience with B2B CRM initiatives.
