We are Merlin Digital Partner, a leading consultancy specializing in IT and digital talent acquisition with over 10 years of experience. We have helped scale top companies such as Wallapop, Glovo, Banc Sabadell, and Duracell, among others.

Focused on humanizing and streamlining recruitment processes, our goal is to transform companies by bringing in top talent. We stand out for deeply understanding each partner’s reality, not only their needs but also their essence.

Our partner is a fast-growing healthtech company founded in Barcelona and headquartered there with more than 1,000 employees

The Mission:

We’re looking for a CRM Manager to take full ownership of our HubSpot ecosystem and transform patient and lead data into meaningful, actionable insights. This role goes far beyond executing campaigns — it’s focused on building the data infrastructure and reporting capabilities that empower our commercial and operations teams to make faster, smarter decisions.

The Role:

You will act as the main point of contact for CRM data quality, pipeline tracking, and analytics across multiple markets. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, you’ll ensure HubSpot remains the single source of truth — delivering data that is accurate, up-to-date, and genuinely useful for decision-making.

• Own HubSpot administration — manage properties, objects, workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring across markets. Keep the system clean, scalable, and aligned with business needs

• Build and maintain reporting & dashboards — design dashboards that give leadership and regional teams real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, patient lifecycle, and revenue attribution

• Drive data quality — establish and enforce data governance standards. Audit, deduplicate, and enrich records. Build automated validation rules so bad data doesn’t enter the system in the first place

• Deliver analytics & insight — go beyond reporting the numbers. Identify trends, flag anomalies, segment audiences, and present recommendations that influence commercial decisions

• Support integrations — work with Product and Engineering to maintain integrations between HubSpot and internal systems (clinic management, finance, patient app). Troubleshoot data flow issues

• Enable teams — train Sales, Marketing, and Ops on HubSpot best practices. Create documentation. Be the internal expert people come to when they need CRM support

• Optimise the funnel — use CRM data to identify drop-off points and conversion opportunities across the patient journey, from first enquiry to treatment start

What we need:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of practical experience with HubSpot, including managing it at scale (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub). Certifications are a plus, but hands-on experience is essential

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to build custom reports, handle large datasets, and communicate insights to non-technical audiences. You’re comfortable working with funnels, cohorts, and conversion metrics

  • Data Governance: You have a low tolerance for poor data quality and have implemented processes to maintain clean, reliable CRM data

  • Technical Curiosity: Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows between systems. While not a developer, you can effectively collaborate with technical teams

  • Multi-market Exposure: Experience working across different countries or business units is highly valuable, especially in a multi-market environment

  • Communication: Able to clearly translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels. Fluent English is required; Spanish is a strong plus

  • Ownership & Initiative: Self-driven and proactive — you identify gaps, build the necessary reporting, and surface insights without needing direction

What we offer:

Genuine impact: your work directly shapes how we acquire and retain patients across Europe

Scale: Europe’s category leader, growing fast across multiple markets

Team: work alongside experienced clinicians, operators, and technologists

• Barcelona HQ with a vibrant, international team (100% on site)

• Opportunity to grow in an innovative company and Top International Scale Up.

• Competitive salary

• Coffee and fruits every morning, access to a free gym, rooftops

Skills Required

  • 3-5 years practical experience managing HubSpot at scale (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub)
  • Hands-on HubSpot administration: manage properties, objects, workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring
  • Strong analytical skills: build custom reports, handle large datasets, funnels, cohorts, conversion metrics
  • Data governance experience: audit, deduplicate, enrich records, enforce validation rules
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows between systems
  • Experience working across multiple countries or business units (multi-market exposure)
  • Fluent English
  • Spanish language skills
  • Self-driven ownership and initiative to identify gaps and surface insights
  • HubSpot certifications
