Leveraging data and insights, you'll craft personalized, impactful lifecycle programs that resonate with members at key moments.
Please note the work location is in Copenhagen, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement CRM lifecycle strategies to boost member engagement and retention.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to refine CRM campaigns.
- Segment audiences to deliver personalized, relevant messaging.
- Collaborate with the Membership & Personalisation team on broader strategies.
- Develop campaign briefs and partner with the CRM Hub for execution.
- Catalogue and manage CRM lifecycles and trigger programs, prioritising them for development and execution.

As the CRM Lifecycle Operations Specialist at The LEGO Group, reporting to the Director CRM Proposition & Personalisation - you will manage and assist on CRM lifecycles and trigger programmes to deliver reasons to visit and buy across LEGO branded channels, plus also trigger led programmes.

We are looking for a candidate who has:
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM campaign operations or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing and executing CRM campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and tools (Salesforce is a plus).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
- Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
