At Bally’s Interactive we don’t just run campaigns, we orchestrate player journeys. We’re looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to take the lead on high-impact, data-driven lifecycle strategies across our casino and sportsbook brands, markets, and products in North America.
This role sits at the heart of retention marketing, owning the plays that turn first-time players into loyal regulars. If you love segmentation, experimentation, personalization, and watching the numbers move because of your strategy, this is your table.
What You'll DoRun the lifecycle playbook by leading CRM campaigns across multiple brands, markets, products, and player segments, aligning closely with business and retention strategy.
Design smart player journeys spanning onboarding, reactivation, loyalty, and VIP touchpoints, all powered by data and insight.
Brief and align creative by partnering with Content, Design, and Insights teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand, on-time, and high quality.
Build, launch, and quality-assure campaigns across email, push notifications, and direct mail, ensuring strong execution and full regulatory compliance.
Test, learn, and optimize by championing experimentation to continuously improve performance, engagement, and overall player experience.
Turn data into action by working closely with BI and Insights teams to analyze results, identify opportunities, and share clear recommendations with stakeholders.
Provide visibility and alignment by keeping Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Retention teams informed on active and upcoming initiatives.
Help evolve CRM capabilities by supporting new tools, smarter processes, and advanced testing methodologies across the Retention function.
Collaborate across the business to drive best practices, improve workflows, and raise the bar on CRM execution.
5+ years of experience in iGaming CRM / retention marketing
Proven success owning and scaling lifecycle programs in fast-paced environments
- Experience in iGaming and/or sports betting, with a solid understanding of the regulatory and competitive landscape
Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms like Braze, Optimove, Adobe Campaign, or similar
Comfort with HTML, QA, and multi-channel lifecycle execution
A creative, results-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership
The ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Confidence presenting insights and performance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred
