About the RoleReporting to our Global Senior Growth Manager, you'll be working on both execution (in our CRM tool, Braze) and strategy. You'll work closely to develop creative ideas for Retention CRM initiatives and automations, partnering with our Product, Engineering & Marketing teams across the world to drive subscriber lifetime value via upsell and cross-sell, and implement initiatives to mitigate churn risk, while connecting them to great cinema.
End-to-end implementation of global retention-focused CRM automations across multiple channels (email, push notifications, etc.). This involves everything from developing automation’s strategy to briefing creative assets, data integration and owning testing.
Analyse and evaluate CRM automations to determine impact, applying actionable insights to continuously improve retention, and overall effectiveness.
Optimise CRM automations with continuous A/B testing and experimenting.
Collaborate with the wider Growth team (across Acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement and Reactivation) to share learnings and minimise CRM pressure and clashes.
Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Data Science and wider Marketing teams on specific automation needs and retention projects, to promote and champion a more holistic approach to retention.
Foster creative strategies and solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses and customers.
5+ years working as a CRM professional in a similar marketing role
Extensive experience using Braze or a similar marketing platform i.e. in-depth knowledge of lifecycle automations, Liquid templating language,personalisation and data integration via content blocks. Experience with machine learning automation is a strong plus.
Strong technical implementation confidence with experience in cross-channel and multi-language CRM campaigns.
Strong project manager with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in setup and execution
Analytics-driven mindset, with the ability to synthesise and assess data, and clearly communicate results and recommendations
Entrepreneurial attitude: highly self-motivated and autonomous, thrives in a fast-paced environment
Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional counterparts
Passion for cinema, especially independent and, international films
