CRM Lead (Salesforce)
What We Need
We are looking for a CRM Lead to join Element Fleet Management Team in Hopkins, MN in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

The CRM Lead is a hands-on Lead position driving project and analytical work collaboratively and independently within our CRM environment.
A Day in the Life
- Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, test processes, release and change management
- Judge the feasibility and tradeoff of different technologies and make choices that fit the constraints of the org
- Guides and follows up with other Analysts and team resources to implement solutions
- Accurately estimates the time required for yourself or others to complete assignments
- Minimize and reduce tech debt as an integral part of the development process
- Own development tasks for many projects at a time
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or 7 years equivalent work experience)
- Experience with designing and implementing custom applications on Force.com platform
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Sales Cloud Consultant, with a prior role within a large enterprise environment
- Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- 5+ years of Salesforce Force.com platform experience
- 5+ years of software development experience involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- 5+ years of Salesforce Lead / Consultant-level experience
- Expert knowledge with APEX (classes, triggers, and web services), VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, SOQL
- Experience architecting and developing custom solutions in Salesforce.com
- Experience with data integration and third-party application integrations
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce data model, custom objects, API, governor limits, workflows, and configuration
- Experience working in complex Salesforce Sales Cloud environments
- Deep understanding of SOAP and RESTful web services, Data Loader, Bulk API and streaming APIs with strong Integration technology background
Knowledge & Competencies
- Can multi-task and be a self-starter.
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to put together technical analysis documentation for developers to use as a baseline.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to reverse engineer application code to guide the technical changes resources will make
- Demonstrates experience with data analysis and issue resolution
- Continuous improvement mind-set
The hiring base salary range for this position is $94,200 – $129,600 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
