The Opportunity:We are seeking a highly organized and personable CRM / Lead Coordinator to join our client's growing assisted living team. This role is critical in managing inbound inquiries, nurturing prospective residents and families, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through move-in.
This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail
- Respond promptly to all inbound leads (phone, email, web inquiries)
- Schedule and coordinate tours for prospective residents and families
- Conduct consistent follow-ups before and after tours to drive conversions
- Track lead activity, status updates, and communication history
- Work closely with the on-site team to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to move-in
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with families
- Strong computer skills (CRM systems, email, basic data entry)
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with families in a service-oriented environment
- No prior experience required — we provide full training
Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.
Hours:US Pacific Standard Time (PST) – 9am to 6pm
