Reports to: Digital & CRM Manager

This is an internship program for students in their last year of college with full time availability.

YOUR ROLE @CHANEL

To support and follow up CRM & Digital projects, implementations, campaigns, and digital tools while protecting our brand equity to drive Digital & CRM objectives.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

CUSTOMER DATABASE GROWTH:

  • Organize physical file of customer paper cards

  • Transform paper cards to digital format (PDF) using special scanners and other devices ensuring the quality and legibility of the documents.

  • Organize the digitized files in specified order folders, following data privacy criteria.

  • Re-type records in Spreadsheet template to populate the CRM database, following required procedures and formats.

  • Produce daily reports on the progress of digitization and the status of documents.

  • Organize deposit to ensure physical storage remains clean and properly arranged for paper card destruction.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently enrolled in a similar program.

  • Enthusiasm and Willingness to Learn: Brings a positive attitude and genuine interest in gaining new skills and knowledge related to CRM and digital marketing.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrates a natural ability to keep tasks, data, and schedules in order, helping the team stay on track with multiple projects.
