Job Description

Join our team as a CRM/Email Marketing Intern and help create impactful email campaigns that engage customers and drive conversions. You’ll craft compelling email copy, develop content, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. Perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and make a real impact in digital marketing!

What will you be doing?

Email Campaign Creation:

• Write engaging and customer-centric email copy.
• Assist in the design and layout of email templates.

Content Development:

• Develop and edit content for email campaigns, newsletters, and automated email flows.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving email campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

What do you bring?

• Academic Program: You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in International Business. With a strong interest in marketing. 
• Eagerness to learn and adapt
• Attention to detail
• Creative mindset 
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 5 months to this internship 
• Availability: You can join the internship for 4 or 5 days per week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely, ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.

As we hope to have piqued your interest, please ensure you also meet the eligibility criteria and academic requirements: 

• Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's and when joining our Research departments, also sign an NDA agreement for internships. 
• You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student 
• enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
