Are you a driven and proactive professional with an affinity for numbers? Are you curious and enjoy analyzing and translating data into tangible ideas? As a CRM Insights Manager (m/f/x) you will be playing a pivotal role in enhancing customer retention and engagement across our platforms, having a direct impact on our Customer Lifetime Value, offering ideas and opening possibilities to our CRM teams.
Your playing field
- You aggregate information and monitor sources to provide a holistic summary about CRM performance and opportunities to the operational CRM teams.
- By analysing customer behaviour, campaign performance, segments and feature usage as well as evaluating the impact of campaigns & automations, you translate these insights into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- You develop and maintain dashboards and reports through platforms such as Domo and you feel comfortable presenting these to a variety of different stakeholders.
- You will be recommending new audience segments or targeting strategies based on data (incl. survey takeaways).
- Through your organised and structured approach, you document findings through weekly updates and monthly reports.
Qualifications
Which skills should you bring to the pitch
- Qualification. You are holding a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics or any related field.
- Experience. You have various years of relevant experience in a similar role, in which you gained confidence in juggling a high volume of data from several sources.
- Self-motivated and self-driven. You are confident in your role and in your skills. You understand the goal of this position and are happy to proactively take things in your own hands.
- Numbers. Drawn to numbers and complex data sets, provide insightful conclusions that drive decision-making.
- Customer centric. Not only through data but your drive wanting to put yourself in our customers shoes, you develop a strong understanding of our customers' behaviour.
- Nimble learning mindset. Every survey, data set and market insight are different. You are eager to understand every little bit of it and are curious to use your learnings to support our CRM teams.
- Technical skills. Preferably you are familiar with tools like SQL, Tableau, Domo and common MS Office tools.
