Neo Group is on the lookout for a CRM Gamification Manager to join our Marketing Team in Minsk, Belarus.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the gamification and loyalty roadmap offers and communication;
  • Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly loyalty campaigns aligned with player engagement metrics;
  • Tailor gamified experiences (VIP, retention, returning, etc.);
  • Set up and manage campaigns and journeys in FastTrack CRM, using real-time data triggers;
  • Create and automate targeted communications via email, SMS, push, and onsite;
  • Coordinate with content/design teams to deliver creative and content campaigns materials;
  • Track campaign progress, success metrics, and maintain communication calendars;
  • Analyze campaign and gamification performance (retention, participation, bonus cost vs GGR, etc );
  • Run A/B tests and optimize engagement and conversion rates;
  • Collaborate with analytics to maintain reports and dashboards;
  • Work closely with Product, VIP team on joint initiatives;
  • Collaborate with developers and QA for implementation of gamification logic;
  • Act as an internal expert and advocate for CRM gamification best practices.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in CRM coordination or a similar role;
  • In-depth understanding of the casino and sports betting sectors;
  • Strong skills in interpreting data and making informed decisions;
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Braze, Optimove, FastTrack, or similar);
  • Experience working with customer segmentation, automation, and personalized campaigns;
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques;
  • Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical and reporting skills;
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities;
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian;
  • Focused on achieving objectives and driving results;
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving industry trends;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Creative thinking to develop innovative CRM strategies.
