Zoho CRM Expertise:

○ Proficient in enabling sales and marketing using Zoho CRM.

○ Configure, customize, and optimize Zoho CRM to meet business needs.

○ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance CRM functionality.

2. Marketing Email Campaigns:

○ Execute and maintain marketing email campaigns using Zoho CRM.

○ Create targeted email content, track performance, and optimize campaigns.

○ Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.

3. Cognito Forms Development:

○ Develop and maintain Cognito Forms for data collection and workflows.

○ Integrate Cognito Forms with other systems using Zapier.

○ Ensure seamless data flow and user-friendly form experiences.

○ Ensure data consistency across systems through regular data synchronization and reconciliation

4. Zapier Integration:

○ Proficient in using Zapier to connect various apps (Cognito Forms, Stripe, Zoho, ClickUp, etc.).

○ Automate processes, trigger actions, and streamline workflows.

○ Troubleshoot and optimize Zapier integrations.

5. QuickBooks Online Data Loading:

○ Enable and maintain data loading into QuickBooks Online.

○ Ensure accurate financial data transfer and reconciliation.

○ Collaborate with accounting and finance teams.

6. Data Manipulation (Excel/Google Sheets):

○ Proficient in complex data manipulation using Excel or Google Sheets.

○ Analyze, transform, and validate data for reporting and decision-making.

○ Create macros, formulas, and custom functions as needed.

7. Data Accuracy Testing:

○ Conduct rigorous data accuracy testing across applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engeering or Information Technology

Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in most of the above skills.

A minor in Marketing, Accounting, or Finance is a plus.
