As our new CRM Expert - Salesforce - will be the link between the Product management team and the delivery team. It enables the company to achieve its goals with Salesforce solutions. His role is to provide SF expertise to Support Product Managers with the collection of requirements for complex needs and guarantee the consistency of the application and the solutions proposed to the countries.
His mission is to work between departments, challenge business requirements brough up by the product managers (with application, business, and technical limitations knowledge), Provide first evaluation of technical feasibility of the requirements and assist on high-level estimation for ROI calculation, Participate to the ranking of the tickets (between business and technical tickets), Participate to the design validation meeting, to challenge solutions and help choose between options, Balance business value and technical impacts to take the best direction for the application.

Skills Required
- Deep Salesforce platform expertise (configuration, solution design)
- Strong CRM domain knowledge and application consistency enforcement
- Experience collecting and documenting complex product requirements
- Ability to evaluate technical feasibility and identify platform limitations
- Skill in high-level estimation and ROI calculation for changes
- Experience participating in ticket prioritization and backlog ranking
- Experience in design validation, challenging solutions, and selecting options
- Cross-functional stakeholder management and collaboration skills
