CRM & Digital Coordinator Internship, CHANEL Scandinavia

Are you looking for an exciting hands-on learning opportunity to supplement your studies? CHANEL Scandinavia is currently looking for a skilled, well-organized, and motivated CRM & Digital Coordinator internship

We’re looking for an experienced and talented individual with demonstrated qualities in agile way of working and a passion for languages. A highly motivated person who is open to learn and explore new performance opportunities and adapt our CRM/Media/Digital objectives to meet new business demands.

As the CRM & Digital Coordinator Intern working within the Marketing department, you report directly to the Media, Digital & CRM Manager and will be working across the three divisions: Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty and Watches & Fine Jewelry.

Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, this position is a part-time role and you are expected to work 30 hours a week. The duration of the internship is six months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management of Translations / Proofreading projects
  • Working closely with our translation agency, Training teams and Marketing & Sales departments.
  • Create direct-to-customer communications in the local Scandinavian languages.
  • Coordination and maintenance of customer service.
  • Proofreading of assets in Swedish, Danish and Norwegian.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze data to optimize the CRM & Media campaign performances to maximize business KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of key trends, best practices and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and coordinate on all assigned projects

KEY COMPENTICIES AND SKILLS

  • University student in Marketing, International Business, or similar.
  • Fluent in English and at least 1 of the Scandinavian languages. Knowledge of more Scandinavian languages is a plus.
  • Experience with copywriting, editorial content, translation and communication.
  • Skilled in Data crunching, consolidation and analysis.
  • Expert in Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Kn
  • owledge in Adobe Campaign and/or Power BI is a plus.
  • Passionate about the luxury and fragrance & beauty industry. 
  • Comfortable in multitasking and able to work on short deadlines.
