Job Description
The CRM Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Salesforce platform. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strategic vision to enhance our CRM capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, as well as experience in managing a team of developers and administrators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Platform Management:
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and support of the Salesforce platform.
- Ensure the platform meets the needs of the business, providing a scalable solution for future growth.
- Development and Customization:
- Lead the design and development of custom solutions using Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (e.g., corporate website, Marketo, Loopio, and others).
- Partner with global teams to support the roll-out of global projects in all regions
- Project Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Plan, execute, and oversee Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce tools and features.
- Develop FAQs, Playbooks, and user guides on basic knowledge and best practices for CRM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL are highly preferred.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer) are highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects and leading technical projects.
- Proficiency in Lightning components and Salesforce integration tools.
- Ability to analyze customer data to identify patterns and provide recommendations
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
