About The Opportunity

 WeWork is looking for a strategic Sr. Lead, CRM & Data Strategy to lead our global audience segmentation and data activation framework. This individual will oversee Marketing-owned databases and leverage our data to build and deploy multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Data, and Technology, and directly influences how we engage with prospects, members, and brokers around the world.

As part of WeWork’s global Email, App, & CRM team on the broader Global Demand Generation & Performance Marketing function, this individual will report to the Solutions Architect (United States based) and be a key cross-organization partner to the Marketing, Data Engineering, and Sales teams. On a daily basis, they will utilize Snowflake and Salesforce data to build audience segments and flows with dynamic data fields to power digital campaigns across email, app, and paid media .

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the global prospect, member, and broker database audience segmentation framework for the creation and deployment of multi-channel digital campaigns

  • Leverage advanced SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing data within relational databases, designing efficient schemas and ensuring data integrity

  • Manage data syncs to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ensure system is structured for optimized use

  • Manage WeWork’s CDP (Customer Data Platform), maintaining the relationship and overseeing the technology, data infrastructure, and reporting required to support campaigns

  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to define, implement, and optimize relational database schemas to support marketing segmentation, product analytics, and operational requirements

  • Support global stakeholders on strategic planning, targeting, and implementation for campaigns across the customer journey

  • Continually identify new opportunities leveraging WeWork data to continuously improve the Marketing organization’s impact and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Data or related.

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish

  • 5+ years demonstrated expertise in CRM data architecture, data modeling principles, or marketing operations

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation within a data warehouse environment (ie, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.)

  • Previous work in both CDP and CRM tools (ie, Simon Data, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Experience in data governance, segmentation strategy, and dataflow optimization within complex marketing technology stacks

  • A deep understanding of how CDPs and ESPs function in tandem to deliver campaigns

  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills

  • Flexible self-starter who can execute independently and adapt accordingly to priority and project changes

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high cross-functional collaboration 

  • Experience with Marketing Analytics tooling (ie, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

  • Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $38,000MXN - $50,000MXN monthly
Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment.
